Winter feeling super long already?

Join us for this 6-week winter challenge: Winter Doesn't Have to Suck. Use this challenge to prove it.

  • Complete a minimum of 3 workouts per week and earn 1 point for each (3 point max)

  • Create 1 nutritional goal (name it and make it measurable. Ex. eat 100g protein daily or eat 3 fruits/veggies/day or eat breakfast 4 out of 7 days or drink 80oz of water/daily). Hit that goal min of 3x/week to earn 1 point for the week (1 point max)

  • Get outside and get fresh air for a minimum of 10 minutes/day for a minimum of 3 days per week. Get 1 point for each (3 point max)

  • Earn 1 bonus point by sending a minimum of 3 photos with your weekly check-in. (1 point max)

  • Every participant will receive passes for 2 free classes at RTC that can be used for any non-member. Signing up for the challenge and not a member? Use them for yourself. Signing up and already a member? Give them to a friend or two to use.

  • Cash prize will be awarded at the end of the six weeks. 

  • $30/person to join

  • A weekly email will be sent on Saturday morning. Fill out the form to have your points accurately recorded. Most points at the end of the challenge wins. Max points to be earned weekly is 8.

  • The challenge will run from February 1st to March 14th.
